A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may forfeit your deposit. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking within 30 days. This ensures we can reserve your time exclusively for you.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes may be extended at our discretion. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Avoid getting your lashes wet for 24 hours after application. Do not use oil-based products near your eyes. Gently brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie. Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Though rare, some clients may experience irritation or allergic reactions to lash adhesive. A patch test is available upon request. Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
For best results, we recommend fills every 2-3 weeks. Full sets typically last 4-6 weeks with proper care. Natural lash shedding is normal — your fill will address any gaps.
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is required at the time of service. Thank you for your understanding.
